We don’t offer hardware but some designs come with string for hanging. Most products can be hung on the wall using command strips (double-sided adhesive/ hooks) or thin nails/screws.
Our products are made using wood, MDF and acrylic.
- The raw wood cutouts/ designs may have minimal burn marks. We do 'finish' all our items and try our best to give you a clean product.
- Each wood sheet is milled down from larger pieces. Occasional knots, roughness, grain patterns or colour variations are common with natural wood.
We don't provide proofs on standard designs/products but if it is a custom order, outside of products on the website, then you can request a digital design proof.
Yes, absolutely! Send your logo over to helloruqins@gmail.com along with your order number, in black & white, and either in PNG or SVG format.
Absolutely, we can engrave, drawings, letters, handwritten recipes and more! Please send your files in black or white and in PNG or SVG format to helloruqins@gmail.com.
- All our cutting and serving boards are made of natural wood. Therefore, engraving will vary from board to board based on the grains, knots and colour variation. Each board is unique making your gift even more special!
- Some boards may appear lighter or darker than the pictures on the website. This is due to the same reason as above - each board varies based on wood knots and grain patterns.
- For the finishing of most of our boards, we apply mineral oil and recommend applying it every 4-6 months to keep your board long-lasting.
