We aim to have your order processed in 5 to 7 business days. Any shipping time is additional.
Bulk orders and complex custom orders can take longer. Please get in touch for timeline on these.
We don’t offer hardware but some products come with it.
For signage, we recommend Command 3M strips (for smooth walls).
For textured walls, use thin nails/screws.
If you require pre-drilled holes, please make a request.

Yes, absolutely! Send your logo over to helloruqins@gmail.com along with your order number, in black & white, and either in PNG or SVG format.
Absolutely, we can engrave, drawings, letters, handwritten recipes and more! Please send your files in black or white and in PNG or SVG format to helloruqins@gmail.com.

We will need to know the following in order to provide a quote:
- size (length & height)
- is the file ready
- colour
- style/ design of sign
We don't provide proofs on standard designs/products but if it is a custom order, then you can request a digital design proof.
Every order is made just for you. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your order to be processed.
If you choose shipping, delivery time is added on top and depends on shipping location and method of shipping. You will receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
